Rebirth System
Due to popular player demand, we are re-introducing the Rebirth system on Cyntara.
The Rebirth system previously required players the finish the Alternate Fate quest at level 1200 for each Rebirth level.
We are now changing the system to require the completion of a different Rebirth quest for each Rebirth (Rebirth 3 will be maximum Rebirth Level available on v18 launch):
Rebirth provides the following perks:
Additionally the Rebirth system introduces two types of Experience Rate penalty:
Artifact Forge
Cyntara v18 introduces a new way to change the secondary stats of your Artifact Weapon.
Previously, we added a half-measure feature to allow transferring Corruption from non-artifact weapons, we are now removing this feature in favor of the Artifact Forge.
Players will be able to earn new tokens used in the Artifact Forge from World Bosses and the Weekly Quest, allowing to forge multiple versions of the Artifact Weapon with multiple different sets of stats.
Players will then be able to either select an upgrade or keep their current weapon.
Additionally, the available weapon stats in the Artifact Forge will scale with the Artifact Level, allowing players to keep coming back to the Forge to create potential upgrades.
Nemesis Changes
New World Boss
Cyntara v18 introduces Fenrir, the werewolf, as a new world boss. Make your way to the Werewolves and show what you're made of.
Cyntara Mansion
Cyntara v18 introduces a new mansion located North-West of the main Temple area.
The mansion contains QoL things such as depot, training tiles, potion levers, the Reward Chest and such.

- The Loot Cache Device contents can only be interacted with in Protection Zones.

- Renamed Winged Boots to Skywalkers, the name conflicted with paladin donor boots with the same name.
- Adjusted the monster stat dampening system. Previously Stat Dampening would lower the health and damage of all Quest Monsters and Quest Bosses based on the season age when these monsters spawns, this approach had two issues: The repeatable content such as Daily Quests was getting further trivialized for players that are vastly over-leveling quests and by the time players reached high level content, the dampening could already kick in, meaning the high level content was not on the intended balance level. The new system has the following changes:
- The damage increases and reductions now apply on a per-player basis instead of a per-monster basis.
- The system now only works for Quest Monsters and Quest Bosses up to level 1000.

- Removed the Mirror Image, Mirage Archer and Shadow Warrior level 600 spells.
- Added new level 600 spells instead:
- Volcanic Fissure (Sorcerer): Summons fissures that periodically erupt and deals Fire Damage in the path towards the targets, exploding upon reaching the target
- Grasping Vines (Druid): Summons vines that periodically lash out and deals Earth Damage in the path towards the targets, exploding upon reaching the target.
- Homing Arrow (Paladin): Periodically shoots arrows that deal Holy Damage in the path towards the targets, exploding upon reaching the target.
- Earthshatter (Knight): Summons a boulder that periodically crashes down and deals Physical Damage in the path towards the targets, exploding upon reaching the target.
- Updated the first player Milestone announcements, in addition to players to first level 100 and every 100th after, the system now also tracks:
