What are Guild Coins?

Guild Coins is a system that rewards active guilds with free Cyntara Coins!

If your guild meets the requirements listed below, the guild leader can submit a request and receive Cyntara Coins on behalf of the guild.

Requirements

To be eligible for Guild Coins, your guild must meet the following requirements:

1. The guild must have at least 8 characters.
2. Eligible characters must be over level 400.
3. Eligible characters must have logged into the game within the past 1 day(s).
4. Each unique player is only eligible for one Guild Coins payout per season.
5. Guild Coins are awarded to the Guild Leader. For a Guild Member to be eligible to receive Guild Coins, the guild member must log into the website and accept the Guild Coins request. This ensures that every member is active and aware of the process.

Rewards

When a Guild Coins request is approved:

• The guild leader receives 1000 Cyntara Coins for each eligible guild member that accepted the request.
• An additional 1000 Cyntara Coins bonus is awarded for each eligible guild member who has a linked Discord account.

How It Works

1. The guild leader visits their guild page and clicks "Request Guild Coins".
2. A snapshot of the guild is taken showing all eligible and ineligible members.
3. The leader submits the request for admin review.
4. Each eligible guild member must log into the website and accept the request from their guild page.
5. An admin reviews and either approves or declines the request.
6. If approved, Cyntara Coins are awarded to the guild leader's account for all accepted members.

Important Notes

• Guild Coins can only be redeemed once per season per eligible account.
• If a request is declined, the guild leader may submit a new request after a brief timeout period.
• All coins are awarded directly to the guild leader's account.
